Social Networking Websites

Netherfire Websites and Applications

When you browse Netherfire's websites or use our applications, we may automatically record technical information such as your computer, mobile phone, or other electronic device's operating system, IP address, access time, browser type and language, referring URL, etc., and use it to monitor and analyze service usage. In addition, we may process personal data related to you that you voluntarily provide, such as: name, profile picture, gender, age or birth date, personal homepage links on social networks and third-party websites, username, phone number, email address, and mailing address. We may use this information to create user profiles for you, communicate with you about your experience on Netherfire websites and apps, send you company news and event information, help you connect with other users, and for statistical analysis and trend research.

TikTok Mini Games and TikTok Platform Data

Some of our games are offered as mini games ("TikTok Minis") that run inside the TikTok app and platform. When you access or play our games on TikTok, we collect and process information through the TikTok developer platform in addition to the information described above. This section explains what we collect through TikTok and how we use it.

TikTok Login and Account Information

If you choose to log in to or authorize our games using your TikTok account, TikTok shares certain information with us in accordance with the permissions you grant and TikTok's policies. This may include your TikTok open ID and union ID (anonymous identifiers used to recognize your account across our games), your display name (nickname), your profile picture or avatar URL, and your region or country. We use this information to create and authenticate your account, save your game progress, personalize your experience, and enable social features such as leaderboards and playing with friends.

Gameplay and Analytics Data

When you play our games on TikTok, we automatically collect information about how you use the games, including game progress and level data, session length and frequency of play, in-game actions and preferences, device and technical information (such as device model, operating system, language, and approximate region), and diagnostic or crash data. We use this information to operate and maintain the games, analyze and improve performance and gameplay, prevent fraud and abuse, and conduct statistical analysis and research.

Advertising and Monetization

Our TikTok mini games may display advertising provided by TikTok and by third-party advertising partners. To deliver, measure, and improve these ads, advertising partners may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device information, and limited interaction data. This information may be used to show more relevant ads, limit how often you see a particular ad, and measure ad performance. We do not sell your personal information. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before using your information for personalized advertising, and you can manage advertising preferences through your TikTok and device settings.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share information collected through TikTok Minis with service providers who help us operate our games (such as hosting, analytics, and advertising partners), and as required to comply with TikTok's platform requirements, applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, Netherfire, or others. We require our service providers to handle your information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information collected through TikTok Minis for as long as necessary to provide the games and for the purposes described in this Policy, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may revoke our access to your TikTok data at any time through your TikTok account settings. Your Use of TikTok

Our games on TikTok are also subject to TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. TikTok's collection and use of your information is governed by TikTok's privacy policy, which is separate from this Policy.
